The universe of Michel Prince has always revolved around organizing events. His curiosity about the functioning of a kitchen, in addition to event organization, intrigued him to such an extent that, without realizing it, he had been elevated to a fate that would make him an entrepreneur at heart. This is also what led him to study hotel management at the Institut du Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec, in addition to completing his training in administration at Concordia University. MORE
